To help us respond quickly, please tell us:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead (and any error message you saw).
- If you're a coach, your organization and team name.
- If you're a candidate or parent, the team you tried out for.
A screenshot is almost always helpful.
Common topics
Lost your invite link
If a coach invited you to Clutch Stats and the email link no longer works, ask the coach to send a new invite — invites expire and old ones can't be re-used.
Tryout offer email
Offer links expire 72 hours after the email is sent. If your link has expired, contact your coach and ask them to resend it. You can change your response (accept ↔ decline) any time while the link is still valid.
Delete an account or team data
Email us at support@clutchstats.app from the email address on the account. We'll confirm and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
Found a bug or have feedback
We want to hear it. The faster you tell us, the sooner we fix it. Bonus points for steps to reproduce.
